PETS
If the home is not indicated as pet friendly, DO NOT bring pets. Otherwise only small pets are allowed. Each pet must be approved and registered. Many homes have outside cameras and if a pet is seen or if our inspector finds evidence of a pet on your departure you will be asked to remove the pet and will be fined $1000 for additional cleaning. Please be respectful of the owner's wishes regarding pets, often people have allergies or don't wish to have animals in their home.

If you were allowed to bring pets, you’re responsible to keep the property clean of any hair, urine and other signs of pet presence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the rugs and have to be crated if you’re leaving them alone. A lot of pets leave odor on the items. If we find any signs of pets on the items, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item replacement.

SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON
Sea Turtle Nesting Season runs annually from March 1 through October 31.
