Welcome to our beautiful first floor condo in Jupiter Beach! The condo is perfect for all travelers including couples, business professionals, and even your furry friend. We are proud to offer a spacious place that's comfortable, clean and relaxing; not to mention is only minutes away from main attractions such as Beaches, Restaurants, Downtown, Shopping Centers/Malls and the Intercostal. The condo offers:

Inside the unit you will find a work station area, new and comfortable furniture, a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a large king sized bed and TV for your convenience. Bathrooms will be equipped with proper necessities for the first few days (soaps, shampoos/conditioners, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent and etc.) Newly installed screened in patio area for your enjoyment.
PETS
If the home is not indicated as pet friendly, DO NOT bring pets. Otherwise only small pets are allowed for a fee of $250/pet. Each pet must be approved and registered. If not registered, the security deposit will be forfeited in full. Many homes have outside cameras and if a pet is seen, you will be asked to remove the pet and will be fined $500 for additional cleaning. Please be respectful of the owner's wishes regarding pets, often people have allergies or don't wish to have animals in their home. If our inspector finds evidence of a pet on your departure, you will also be fined $500 for additional cleaning.
If you were allowed to bring pets, you’re responsible to keep the property clean of any hair, urine and other signs of pet presence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the rugs and have to be crated if you’re leaving them alone. A lot of pets leave odor on the items. If we find any signs of pets on the items, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item replacement.
PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates quiet hours 10pm-8am every day, no loud music, noise, or partying ever.
The territory is strictly supervised, any events or celebrations are prohibited, it’s only for family vacation and quiet enjoyment.
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking our property you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

There is a dedicated parking space. We recommend no parking on the street.
POOL & SWIMMING
There is no lifeguard on duty. The property, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose ash and cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.

PARKING PERMIT AND LEASE REGISTRATION
The rental agreement & HOA application must be completed and signed prior to move-in, $150 check (separate from your reservation) to be mailed or brought in by the guest to the association along with the documents. You understand that this is your responsibility to send us the association approval before your check in and pick up a parking permit upon your arrival to avoid your car being towed.

There is a comfort inn in Jupiter that is a way better deal, this is run by a non-local management company that does not care at all. It is the first time that after I booked they wanted $150 as some type of application fee for the HOA. I had to deliver it to the HOA. These people are basically highway robbers and the place was so damaged in so many places that I had to take so many pictures just so that I could guarantee that I was not responsible for all the damage. I booked 28 nights spent $3600 and they were like oh we only give you four rolls of toilet paper you have to fend for yourself. Airbnb was no help. I will definitely not be booking an Airbnb again soon and I would definitely not recommend this “host” the towels were gross. The sheets were from Walmart and everything was super low end. It’s an old apartment block where you hear the people on top of you and the people next-door and it is definitely not high-end. Stay at a hotel/motel.
